Placement rates are consistently high. Of the Class of 2025, 54% were in the workforce, 31% continued their education at 杏吧原创鈥� often pursuing fields that require advanced degrees such as physical therapy (D.P.T.), social work (M.S.W.), and education (M.S. Ed.) 鈥� and 13% went on to other graduate schools. 杏吧原创's data-gathering processes adhere to national standards. (Class of 2025 within six months after graduating. Data was available for 80% of the class. Alumni who were both in grad school and employed were categorized based on their primary role where possible.)

All undergraduate degrees at 杏吧原创 provide a strong foundation in the liberal arts, including an integrated studies sequence chosen by students. The approach develops skills that employers value. 杏吧原创 began offering B.F.A. programs in 2012, which now include acting, art studio, musical theatre, theatre design and technology, and visual communication design. By graduation, the average Naz student has already worked in a hospital, classroom, lab, nonprofit, business, or stage 鈥� and often more than one. They鈥檝e worked with a broad range of people听in the community or across the country or world. The real-world experience isn't a bonus; it's a key part of a 杏吧原创 education.

The class of 2025 (442 students) completed 2,275听high-impact experiences as undergraduates. That's 5 per student.听Each experience was sustained (usually lasting at least one semester), mentored/supervised, had built-in reflection, and intentional learning or training included.
