杏吧原创鈥檚 Civil Rights Compliance office promotes a campus environment where all community members can learn, work, live, and engage free from all forms of harassment and discrimination. The office supports the University鈥檚 efforts in compliance with all federal and state civil rights laws, prevention and education initiatives, response to reports of prohibited conduct, and connecting individuals with supportive resources.

Report a concern

What we do

  • Receive reports of discrimination, harassment, and related misconduct
  • Coordinate the University鈥檚 response to concerns involving civil rights compliance
  • Provide supportive measures to students and employees
  • Oversee compliant resolution processes
  • Offer education, training, and prevention programming
  • Advise University departments on policy compliance
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and accountability
