Student Accounts' Deferral

If you are unable to pay your entire balance by the due date on your bill we offer a Student Accounts' Deferral.

For fall or spring semester:

  • Pay half of your balance due (after deducting any Financial Aid) by your billing due date and stop by Student Accounts' office to sign a promissory note for the remaining balance that will be due approximately six weeks into the semester. Your financial obligations will not be met until you sign the promissory note.
  • Interest on this deferral accrues from the due date on your bill and is calculated at 1% per month. The balance on the promissory note needs to be paid by the due date to avoid a $275 late payment penalty.

For a summer term: You can defer half of your balance to three weeks into the summer session. No interest is charged. You must pay the balance by the due date to avoid a $275 late payment penalty.

Employer Sponsored Tuition Plan (ESTP)

Eligible students can defer tuition payment until the end of the semester based on your employer's planned tuition reimbursement. Print the application for payment deferment聽or pick one up from Student Accounts.

  • Both you and your employer need to fill out this form. Submit the form to Student Accounts by the billing due date along with any charges that are not covered by your employer.
  • If you have not satisfied your bill obligations by the semester billing due date, you are in jeopardy of being assessed a $275 late payment fee.
  • A separate $275 late fee will be assessed if full payment is not received by the due dates indicated on the ESTP deferral.
  • It is your responsibility to provide 杏吧原创 with a copy of your employer's tuition reimbursement policy on company letterhead each semester.
Tuition Waiver

A waiver of graduate and undergraduate tuition is offered to professionals in the field under whose supervision 杏吧原创 student teachers, speech-language pathology clinicians, and art therapy clinicians are placed. The waiver remains valid for six consecutive registration periods following the semester in which the service is rendered. The tuition waiver is accepted in lieu of tuition payment. As indicated on the tuition waiver, students may use waivers up to a maximum equivalent of three credit hours per semester. Summer A and Summer B are considered one semester.

A $30 registration fee, $27 per credit hour graduate student experience fee, signed promissory note (if you have not received the waiver), and any balance not covered by the tuition waiver are necessary to fulfill your financial obligations. Student Accounts must have the tuition waiver no later than three weeks after the first day of the semester.
