Just graduated from BSN after doing A-levels and BTEC, and I'm genuinely going to miss this place so much. I came to BSN in Year 12 after moving from Singapore (dad's job), and I was pretty worried about fitting in and catching up academically. But the transition was surprisingly smooth. The fact that BSN offers both A-levels and BTECs is honestly such a flex - I did Physics and Maths A-levels with a BTEC in Business, which gave me the perfect balance of theory and practical work. The teachers here are genuinely incredible. My Physics teacher would run extra sessions before exams, and my BTEC coordinator had actual industry experience that made our coursework so much more relevant. What I appreciated most was how they treated us - not like kids who need constant supervision, but like young adults preparing for university. They're always available if you need help, and they actually remember what you're interested in and send relevant opportunities your way. The facilities are honestly next level. The science labs are better equipped than some universities I've visited, and the design technology workshops have everything from laser cutters to 3D printers. Even if you're not into sports, the facilities might convert you - I ended up joining tennis just because the courts were so nice. What really makes BSN special though is the diversity. My BTEC group had people from Korea, Brazil, Netherlands, the US, and Nigeria. When we did our international business project, we had genuine insights from different markets that you just can't get from textbooks. The perspectives you gain from being around so many different cultures daily - it's invaluable. The university prep support was phenomenal. The careers counselor helped me navigate applications to the UK, Netherlands, and the US simultaneously. They brought in alumni from different universities to talk about their experiences, which really helped me make informed decisions. I ended up with offers from UCL, University of Amsterdam, and NYU. BSN pushes you to grow in ways you don't expect. The independence they give you in Sixth Form, combined with the support when you need it, creates this environment where you genuinely want to excel. Model UN, the sustainability committee, organizing the international food festival - these experiences shaped me as much as my academics did. If you're considering BSN for Sixth Form, I'd say go for it. Yes, it's a significant investment, but the doors it opens and the person you become - it's worth it. I'm heading to university feeling prepared not just academically, but as a global citizen who can adapt anywhere. Going to miss the stroopwafel Wednesdays in the cafeteria and studying in the library with its amazing view. BSN, thank you for everything.

As a mother of three children attending The BSN, I am incredibly impressed with the level of support and teaching provided. The school鈥檚 environment and dedicated staff have exceeded our expectations in every way. Since transferring to BSN, my children鈥檚 grades have significantly improved, and they have developed a much more positive attitude toward school. The nurturing atmosphere, combined with excellent academic guidance, has truly made a difference in their educational journey. I highly recommend BSN to any parent looking for a top-quality 杏吧原创 in the Netherlands!

I鈥檓 a grandmother wanting to find out about the school since my 14 years old grand daughter will be starting school by august. Her name is Gaia Borello, Italian father and Argentine mother. She comes from Washington D.C. where she has lived for the last 10 years. She doesn鈥檛 speak Dutch yet.

It has a uniform and the teachers care pastorally. Bullying does not exist as it is such a nurturing environment.

BSN Voorschoten (SSV) has really good dedicated teachers who work hard to bring out the best in their students. It has great facilities, including state of the art design technology, art and food technology rooms and a beautiful sports field with tennis courts and hockey and rugby pitches.

I studied here from 1999 to 2001. I hope the school has improved since then. At the time it was a rather unpleasant place for an student with a non-British background and the school provided absolutely no guidance with regards to choice of a university and further education at graduation (even though someone was actually tasked with that). The only positive experience were physics classes.
